How or why? it all began........

It started with a photograph of Rob on July 4th 2015 posted on social media of him holding another persons longboard while on vacation in Boston. Typically (of me) I thought 'I bet I can make one of those' and so the process began.......

In addition a few months earlier, Rob had chosen to have a tattoo, which created a small amount of friction for a short while. So I 'Manned-up' and decided to embrace the image by incorporating it into the board.

But to get the finished product I would have to try a few test runs.........
